Ratecard

Simple FLAT RATE "ALL-IN" packages.

Whenever you book me with one of my camera kits you can also have the use of any of my standard support kit (2m Jib, Tracking Dolly, Matte Box etc.) for no extra charge. You must request any of the extras you want as not all the equipment is carried in the car on every job. If you book me with my XDCAM HD kit the Z1 HDV, DVCAM or miniDV camera are included free of charge. For further details click on the "Equipment" button. The rates given are per 9 hour day. The rates you see are the rates you pay, the only extras are mileage at £0.40 per mile, tape stock and overtime at £45.00 per hour. The rates given here were correct on the 3rd April 2007. To request a more comprehensive quote please click here.

XDCAM HD or SD (16:9/4:3 HD/SD PAL/NTSC) per day £450.00 or £2,000.00 per week (5 days).

DV or HDV camera kit, PAL or NTSC. First Day £350.00 or £1,500.00 per week (5 days).

DVCAM/HDV SHOOT AND EDIT. Camera kit plus laptop edit suite. First Day £500 or £2,000.00 per week (5 days).

Without Any Equipment, £300.00 per day or £1,400.00 per week.

Sound Recordist. £275.00

Camera Assistant. £175.00

ABC Lightweight 8m Jib with remote head. First day £225.00, £200.00 each extra day, £900.00 per week (5 days). Don't forget you will need to add an operator and camera to the jib rate.

Tape Stock

XDCAM HD 70min, DVCAM 80min. £18.00.

DVCAM 124min. £22.00.

DVCAM 40min. £15.00

miniDV 60/HDV 60min(can be used as an alternative to DVCAM 40) £7.00

I prefer to provide the tape stock for your shoot. That way I can be sure that the tapes are compatible with my cameras and that they have been stored correctly. If you wish to provide your own stock I cannot take responsibilty for any drop-outs or recording problems that may occur.

Editing

Broadcast quality, HD or SD, Avid Media Composer or Final Cut Studio with HDSDi, Component or Composite I/O. Compressed or Un-compressed with 2TB of fast raid storage at my Bracknell base in my main airconditioned edit suite or on location with my Macbook laptop, £450.00 per day.

Digibeta play-in/recording add £175.00 per day. HDCAM play-in add £200 per day where play-in is required.
